pm | Re: Winter fuel payments (help) (24th Feb 12 at 11:49am UTC) | | Sorrry Howie should have made that clearer the Warm Home scheme which pays £120 of energy bills is only available to pensioners on tax credits and disabled on means tested benefits, the cold weather payments are added regardless of income so that people such as people such as Peter Stringfellow are embarrased to have the payment made to them,

So does Les keep warm one year, then you keep warm the following year Melle
Im happy to take any payments stringfellow doesnt want
Now, our Amy is getting £120 knocked off her gas bill, so that might be the other payment mentioned earlier. All she had to provide was A letter confirming she gets top rate mobility A letter confirming she isnt working A drs letter basically confirming she is disabled A photocopy of her blue badge inc date it expires And a partridge in a pear tree. All in a small envelope, which couldnt take all the stuff she needed to send

pm | Re: Winter fuel payments (help) (26th Feb 12 at 11:18am UTC) | | Warm Home £120 payments were scheduled to be paid to the first 40,000 people that applied to each energy company so getting all the info in an envelope before everybody else does is important and the list will be carried forward to next year. Getting onto the scheme early and doing what is necessary to stay there is the only lifeboat still afloat

However, he is a very good hoover with feet, drop some biscuit crumbs and he clears them up immediately
